Monetize on your Leads…Even if they don’t sign up.
If there is one thing that we’ve all done…it’s buy leads. Big money, low quality leads.
THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!!!
Well..you’re right. There is!
What if you could build a relationship with a prospect that is either A. Already involved in Network Marketing or B. Is seriously looking for a Home Based Business (not a j-o-b seeker). AND C. You didn’t buy this lead, they found you. They found you because you had something to offer them. Something of value like an e-book, training system etc. that was low cost, but highly effective.
BINGO! You’ve found yourself a target market AND they’ve proven that they are serious about Network Marketing by purchasing this product (aka HIGHLY qualified prospect).
Soo…that doesn’t mean that they’ll join my organization. So how am I going to monetize on this opportunity?
When you are prospecting someone to joing your business there is generally a $100-$400 investment. This cuts relationship building short because A. You may feel uncomfortable as you get close to the part in the script where you have to say “And it only costs X dollars to get started!” OR B. Even if you do get through the script, if the prospect says No- you immediately put a cabosh on building a relationship until your 6 month follow up. This is a perfect way to build a business relationship with someone. They now see you as a mentor…someone who “knows their stuff” and has something valuable to offer. Perhaps they will join your organization right away, maybe they’ll sign up 6 months from now…maybe they won’t sign up at all. It doesn’t matter because you’ve already monetized on that lead because they purchased that product from you! You are getting paid to build a lead list instead of paying for leads. Prior to the funded proposals that I am using I would buy huge packages of leads. Honestly- Most of them never signed up. Purchased leads will never be as good as self-generated leads. Now, I am able to earn money to cover my advertising costs through the funded proposal whether they join my business or not.
